Senior Project Presentations



Senior Project Presentations will be held on April 29th, May 13th and June 3rd.

Submit your intent form ASAP to Mrs. Matthews in the Career Center for approval and to schedule a presentation time.



The Culminating (Senior) Project is a requirement for graduating from Highline School District. To ensure success, it is essential that you complete tasks for the Project satisfactorily by the established due dates. The following steps must be completed and accepted in order to successfully complete the Senior Project.

JANUARY
Turn in Intent Form to Mrs. Matthews
Schedule Presentation Time
Request and confirm with your Mentor
Turn in signed Mentor Agreement toyour Advisor


FEBRUARY
Complete your Project Activities

MARCH
Turn in Presentation outline to your Advisor
Practice Presentations

APRIL
Turn in rough draft of Reflection Paper to your Advisor

MAY
Deliver your completed portfolio to Mrs. Matthews

Scholarships due within the next two months are on file, by grade and by month, in the plexi-glass holder against the wall, in the Career Center. Copies of each scholarship are available. This list will be updated around the 15th and 30th of each month.

Join us to talk about ‘Calendar of College and Career Events for 2009/10’.

Students are invited to drop by for an informal aptitude and skills assessment, discuss future plans, use the computers and resources in the College and Career Center.
